Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Valid for Massage Therapy Services Only: Gift cards can be redeemed for Registered Massage Therapy treatments but cannot be used for retail products or gratuities.
Expiration Policy: Gift cards can be used indefinitely, however if price increases occur, the amount on the card will remain the valid amount for use.
Non-Transferable: Gift cards are for the recipient’s use only and cannot be resold or transferred. If you are purchasing a Gift card for a friend or loved one, please reach out via email at ashleyculprmt@gmail.com
Appointment Policy: Clients must book in advance to redeem their gift card. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deduction of the gift card balance as per our cancellation policy.
