I'm Ashley, a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in the beautiful city of Carleton Place, Ontario. I service the surrounding areas of Perth, Mississippi Mills, Almonte, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, Lanark County and the Ottawa area. Located at 155 Industrial Ave. in Carleton Place, inside the Carleton Place Collective, I am proud to offer services from an accessible building and treatment space to my clients and visitors.

My current treatment modalities include fascial and scar work, Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Massage, and Visceral Manipulation (April 2024) - please note that I do not practice traditional Swedish Massage techniques, but more specifically targeted fascial work (with specific deep pressure) and light touch modalities, looking at the body’s pain and dysfunction in a more holistic perspective.
